Supervision

The supervisor-supervisee relationship is a unique one in which there is openness and trust on both sides.

I offer Clinical Social Work Supervision that is designed to enhance your clinical and professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes in order to achieve competency in your Social Work identity and in providing quality clinical care.

Because I value each person’s unique learning style and lens of doing clinical work, I use an integrative approach to supervision, drawing on the psychodynamic, attachment models and cognitive-behavioral model as an example. I respond as a facilitator and coach in your educational process, challenging you and encouraging you do think critically about issues related to the profession.

I offer individual and group Supervision for Social Workers interested obtaining licensure in NC.
